Audio Studio browser video engine — current component notices

the file-level notices contained in the distributed source archives.

This new JS/WASM pair was built from fixed sources. GPL-only/nonfree/version3
FFmpeg features, SDL and external video encoders are not linked. The video
stream is copied; audio extraction and audio encoding execute locally.

Complete corresponding source, binding modification, build/relink scripts,
input/toolchain locks and complete licences are anonymously downloadable at:

Recipients retain the rights granted by the applicable licences to copy,
modify, rebuild, replace and redistribute this component. No warranty is given.

An independent bit-for-bit repeat core build has not been verified.
Previous npm-core provenance and candidate source material remain historical
reference only; their unconfirmed correspondence is not overwritten by this
new build. See reference-index.html and legacy-NOTICES.txt for that record.

Source delivery revision: audio-studio-core-source-r1-slim1.
Only Emscripten test/third_party and site are omitted; the driver, runtime
sources/headers, licences and required compiler probes are retained.
The published JS/WASM and MIT wrapper files remain byte-identical.
